For the society’s strategic plan to establish a permanent management structure, including hiring a museum coordinator to take on the roles held by long-time volunteer, curator and founder, Donna Damon, who retires June 30, 2024.

Toward staff training and retention.

To help underwrite the costs of transportation services for residents and visitors, including ferry trips for acute medical care and school-related travel.

To reinvigorate sports and recreation programs - the gym, fitness room, pool, afterschool and camps, and pickleball and tennis - with new equipment.
